Rashke Bradley (they/them)
LMSW
Hi, I'm Rashke, part of the LMSW team! I believe that healing happens when a client feels seen and safe to explore their world without judgement. By blending my training with a client-centered focus, I look to create an environment where individuals can unravel complex challenges and reconnect with their personal strengths.
I view therapy as a true team activity. While I bring my professional training and clinical experience into the room, the client is the ultimate expert on their own life. To that end, my vibe as a therapist focuses on being genuine, open, and curious.
My primary therapeutic approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). In practice, this means therapy with me focuses on developing a deeper understanding of yourself: your reactions to the world, your core values, your toolbox of coping skills, and the choices that will help you thrive.
I practices remotely from Upstate New York. Occasionally, clients might even get an appearance from mycat, Mischief, during telehealth sessions.
Education and Experience
I completed my Masters of Social Work through Fordham University. In my training, I worked with individuals struggling with substance use. I have also worked directly with children and families as an integrated behavioral health therapist. My experience includes assessment, diagnosis and individual therapy with clients of all ages.
