I believe that life is movement. Bodies, relationships, and the stories we tell ourselves are always changing, and therapy is one of the best places to develop agency in how change unfolds.

I understand how trauma and stress live in the nervous system, and how, when we feel threatened, we react from survival mode rather than choice. I help clients recognize those moments, self regulate, and respond with more intention.

My approach is integrative and humanistic, grounded in the belief that our emotions shape our narratives. I draw on family systems theory, attachment-based approaches, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and somatic work, using whatever the moment calls for. I lead with empathy, so clients feel deeply understood, and is willing to challenge them, naming patterns and bringing blind spots into view. That balance of warmth and honesty is where insight emerges and real change begins.

My sessions are collaborative and grounded, with room for laughter, because growth doesn’t have to be grim. My is genuinely hopeful and takes myclients’ struggles seriously without taking every moment too seriously.

I see clients virtually in English and in French.
